Lia and Cassie are best friends in a dangerous competition...to see who can be the thinnest. Cassie ends up losing her life and Lia is left behind to fight her demons and deal with not being able to save Cassie.
The story follows Lia and her eating disorder and the pain and loss that she is going through.
I"m pretty sure this is a YA book. It was just a mediocre read to me. This is the 2nd book I've read by Anderson and don't think that I really care for her style of writing.
